What made these establishments so awesome was the intertwining Truck Stop amenities (shower, parking) and restuarant with erotic entertainment 24/7. The confusion by most led to many believing it was a whore house or served horrible food. Quite on the contrary. The creators started this idea in Alachua County, which is one of the most strict if not the strictess county in Florida.
Now all this started before my enthralment with the concept, but heres some history.
What the ?? Yes that was the idea to grab your attention and with the words "WE BARE ALL" - it worked!
Part of the alure was the HUGE Faces of Long Haired Ladies - albiet only shoulders showing caused major discussions of what's permittable and not offensive.
Of Course there are several groups of people and companies that are not happy with au-natural serving nor how the cafes opened in smaller towns but along the highways.

So WHO created this unique concept / establishment?? Rumored a wrestler & a businessman or possibly from a back room at a place called Skeeters.
Part of my excitement was Promoting for the Cafes. From Comercials to Print and Live Attendance at Events with the fun frisky ladies, there was always some excitement!
